Hello My Lovelies! Are we doing whats necessary to be good parents? No one said it would be easy to deal after the split, but we know our children need our cooperation alot more than we need to be mad at one another. Grown folks must do the hard stuff. We have to put our feelings and disappointments to the side so that the children win. At the end of the day, unhealthy relationships only create chaos and confusion. Our children see us, hear us, and imitate us, surely we can figure out how to tolerate each other for the growth and development of the little munchkins watching us? Let us gently correct each other when necessary, let us encourage each other, and most of all, use our manners with each other and there will be no room for anyone feeling mishandled. Be a man. Be a woman. Be parents. Still mad? Get over ourselves! He/she did us dirty? Get over it! Shut your mouth sometimes. Be fair - even when we dont want to, its not for us, its for the kids! We had our shot at the relationship, it didnt work, but because of our children, it means were coaching the same team right? Salute to all of us doing what is necessary for the munchkins sake - especially when it aint easy. Carry on My Lovelies, the children are watching!
