Hello, My roommate and I are subletting a room in our apartment on or around November 1. Its on 109th between Amsterdam and Columbus. Its a great area and close to several trains (1, B, C). The room is private but not particularly large (though it does have a closet), so it would be ideal for someone who doesnt have much/any stuff. My roommate works full-time, and I am in grad school for music at NYU. I also have a cat (M, 2.5 years). We are asking $900/month including utilities. We are flexible about the length of stay, but minimally 1-2 months would be good. The bedroom is on the bottom/middle in the picture (but thats not our stuff - this picture is from the original listing - - except for the cat).
