Hello NAHREP-LA, On Saturday May 17th, at the Los Angeles Convention & Exhibition Center, NAHREP- LA will host a unique day which will bring together sellers, buyers, lenders and other professionals involved in the purchase and selling of homes. This event is free to the public and will offer workshops in English and Spanish to help attendees learn about the different types of financing available as well as to educate them on how to prepare and purchase a home. Our mission is to promote sustainable Hispanic homeownership and we aim to fill an important need in our marketplace. Many of you have experienced the frustration that aspiring home owners face in competing for the limited housing that exist in Los Angeles. Our goal is to bring together industry leaders to facilitate owner occupant buyers the opportunity to purchase a home. We will need many volunteers for this event.
