Hello! Okay so prior to this challenge I was already taking baby - TopicsExpress

Hello! Okay so prior to this challenge I was already taking baby steps towards improving my fitness and mental wellbeing. By baby steps I mean working up to my goal of how long Im going to working out, waking up earlier than usual and not napping etc. I am proud to say that this week I have woken up at 5am everyday, have had zero naps, brisk walked/jogged/ran on the treadmill for 6-7km/day, 100 crunches/day, lost around 500-600 cals on the treadmill/day, slept at around 10-11pm every night and have experienced a boost of productivity in my daily performance of tasks. Downsides which I need to work on are drinking more water and finding out how to suppress my hunger post workouts (because its encourages snacking :/). Anyone know any good filling recipes? Looked into it online and found a few but would like to know from those with experience :) Those that are having trouble waking up early, I use this alarm app called Walk me Up, where you basically have to walk ten steps to turn off the alarm (evil I know). And another I know of but havent tried is Alarmy where you have to take a photo of your bathroom basin to turn off the alarm. Also, another app I have recently come across is Sworkit- quite an amazing invention. This app has fitness several routines for strength+ cardio and yoga+stretching. You choose how long you want to a selected workout and get notified of how many calories you burned within that time period. You can also create custom workouts. Pretty sweet app :) tl;dr I am prepared but still need to work on a few things and there are apps that may help for this challenge in the last paragraph.
