Hello Striders! Your help is needed to create the Faces of Cystic Fibrosis Cystic Fibrosis Canadas Great Strides™ walk is looking to our community to help us educate the public about cystic fibrosis. Can you help us demonstrate the faces of cystic fibrosis? If so, heres how: PART 1 Send Cystic Fibrosis Canada a photo of yourself if you: Have cystic fibrosis Have a child, sibling or other family member with cystic fibrosis Have volunteered or participated in Cystic Fibrosis Canadas events PART 2 Photo Details ·Please stand in front of a white or plain coloured wall before taking your picture ·Please hold a blank white piece of paper in front of your upper body (we would still like to see your hands and a portion of your lower face) Like the picture attached here. • Photos can only be sent in digital format and must be of a high quality (at least 5 - 8 megabytes) PART 3 How the photos will be used: Cystic Fibrosis Canada would like to educate the public about cystic fibrosis and in doing so we will be adding digital messages your photos (on the white paper). Messages like: Median age of survival is now 50 years of age Raising funds can help pursue the next medical breakthrough for cystic fibrosis Cystic Fibrosis Canada will use these images in print materials, website and social media NOTE: Once photos are submitted, they become property of Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
