July Burger of the Month: THE RED, WHITE & BLUE BURGER Its July again and like we do every year we try to come up with a burger that celebrates the awesomeness that is America, while taking advantage of fresh local ingredients. We start off with a toasted Brioche Bun, lay down a slide of our own housemade Herb Aioli, add some fresh Mixed Greens, a 1/3lb Premium Beef Patty and we melt a nice fat slice of Beechers Handmade Cheese Flagship on that patty, top it with caramelized Red Onions and finish it off with a generous helping of our house made Blueberry Ketchup, which perfectly balances against the salty melty Beechers. You have all been asking for us to bring this back, and we just could not say no to good taste! Dietary Info: **No Gluten or Dairy July Shake of the Month: APPLE PIE MILKSHAKE We start out with Granny Smith Apples that we cook in real butter and cinnamon sugar, then we take graham Crackers and a little Brown Sugar, puree that in with Blue Bunny Premium Vanilla Ice Cream and our own amazing housemade Caramel Syrup for a true American Icon that you can sip through a straw!
