The blinks are code for problems with the lines that may become bigger outages with heavier rain or more wind. Be the squeaky wheel. The more calls from an area equals more crews to an area. Power is similar to baseball....3 strikes youre out! So be prepared. The first 90 seconds you are out is the checking to see if line is safe- if it drops again they will give it one more try. But by the 3rd time- it will kill the line to be sure everyone is safe. Call in each one- it is computerized and records it so crews know to where to respond to.
