Hello This space will be used as our World Wide Headquarters to run our many Free To All Unregistered, Unincorporated Community Solution Initiative Programs. We fund them through fundraisers and local events such as our upcoming Sobeys Hotdog Fundraising Events on June 15th, July 6th and July 20th. We also receive many gifts from the public. Everything we do is defined as a gift, both in our services, and what people give to us. We do not sell anything as we are non profit, Co-op structured society, but we do accept gifts from the public and have unique and innovative ways. We plan to have a nice café style seating area for advocacy work, a display area for our society public support gear, along with a boardroom area, a public complaint desk so the public can file complaints against abusive government agents etc. The last two things we are excited about are our own private law firm to back up our advocacy programs, and a small stage in a corner for spoken word poets, or talent auditions for our theater department etc. The stage is not for loud music, but for quiet or small acoustic gatherings, and only if and when appropriate to do so without disturbing other tenants etc. We also plan to hold small fundraisers in the space and host small gatherings of respectful, peaceful, grass roots type of events.
