December will be a busy time in our nest with events, holiday cheer and of course gorgeous new merchandise landing in our perch almost daily. White Sparrow will be offering refreshments, music and extended hours from 5:00-7:00PM. Throughout the day White Sparrow will be presenting a trunk show by jewelry artist Kristen Cahill creator of “LUX Rêve”. Kristen is a talented jewelry maker who truly creates ‘one of a kind’ pieces. All of her creations are hand shaped and hammered individually. Therefore, no piece is ever exactly the same. Kristen has always been a daydreamer that loves to play in the sun. LUX means to illuminate while rêve means to dream. Kristin was born in Ventura California. It was there her love for the sun began. As she grew up in the expansive outdoors of the northwest she was inspired by the nature around her giving her jewelry a chic organic style. All LUX Rêve pieces are made from metals such as 14k gold-filled wire, sterling silver wire and precious gemstones. All these elements combine to create a fusion of inspiration for her designs.
