Hello Will. Can you help and share ? Dogs mess, litter and fly-tipping were at the top of the list when I was calling on doors and phoning during the recent election and residents BACKED the Lib Dems new team 3LS to clamp down on this. The first thing the citys new UKIP/Labour/Tory council coalition has done in a SECRET meeting is to get rid of the firm who were about to start the long-awaited much stronger enforcement at little or no cost to council taxpayers ! If you see dogs mess or litter in your street now - remember this UKIP/Labour/Tory coalition are letting people get away with it !!! Please sign the petition and tell them to think again, because Portsmouth residents, tourists, visitors, outdoor events and businesses deserve clean, green and healthy streets.
