Hello Yes KLVers. It will have not have escaped your notice that the xmas adverts have started. Unfortunately for some kids in Scotland, living in poverty its unlikely to be a very merry one. So were teaming uo with love in a box to do a childrens gift collection in Kirkintilloch on 29th November. Come and see us outside the Regent Centre between 12&2pm to donate your gift for a child in Scotland (please mark by age group/gender. you can donate in a gift bag or a decorated shoe box, or just drop of a single item if youre struggling too, so we can make up boxes, bags and stockings for kids with those. If you cant get hold of a box or a bag, dont worry, we will provide one. Gifts should be unwrapped, so the charity can check that theres nothing untoward in the bags and boxes (youd be surprised!). Theyll then be distributed in December to kids who need them, in the Glasgow area. Please remember gifts need to be small enough to fit into a bag, box or stocking. We know youll do great supporting this. Remember to wear your yes badges (anyone can donate, no matter how they voted, but we like to see your badges :-) ).
