Hello again from Lone Elk Lodge, Victor, ID. We like this lovely place and the hospitality so much were staying an extra day. We spent yesterday getting up close and personal with the mountains in the Grand Teton National Park by hiking 5 miles along and above Jenny Lake. It was strenuous but exilerating and a whole bucket full of adjectives couldnt describe the incredible beauty. The late afternoon sun enhanced the fall colors and spotlighted the mountain peaks. Sunset from the patio at Dornans restaurant was both a visual and culinary delight. Today it is white water rafting on the Snake River. There didnt seem to be an age limit or raised eyebrows when we signed up so I doubt this will be our final posting. Wish us luck!
