Hello all! I have a lovely double room to let in my house in Orpington from the 1st of March, possibly before. Prospective renters will be sharing (with just myself) a lovely three bed house with a great garden and all the creature comforts. Room is a great size (pic dont do it justice) with built in wardrobe space. The house is right on the edge of open countryside and yet St. Mary Cray station (less than 15 mins walk) gets you into Victoria in just 22 minutes. Orpington and Petts Wood station are a short drive and will get you into charing cross in less than 25 minutes. Best of all you get to share it with me! So, quids in all round. Please share if you know of anyone (sane...ish) who is looking. Would suit a car owner as off street parking is provided. Thanks! Xxxx
