Hello all! Well my first day back went very good. Am proud to say, I did it! and I am back! My body is a bit sore, but not in pain. Trust me I know the difference between the two. After work I stopped and went in the pool, did some stretches and then a long soak in the hot tub. Feel so much better after that. Will do it everyday if need be cause I am worth it! lol Thank you for all the good wishes and welcome back greetings! :)
