Hello all, a few quick things: there has been a great deal of interest in getting signs for Save Whipple Hill similar to those that can be found on Lindall Hill. Marianne and I are completely open to the idea, but do not have the finances to pull it together. If there is anyone out there who would like to spearhead this project, just send us a message and well help get it going. Keep sending letters to selectman, OSRAC members, senators, reps, and anyone else you might think of that could help further our cause! If you plan on attending the OSRAC meeting, please remember that our objective is to get OSRAC to reconsider its previously rejected idea to purchase some of the lots on Whipple Hill and secure them for Open Space use. They have the cash and it wont max out their budget. Marianne and I feel, after a great deal of research and work, that this is the most achievable, though not most desirable, option.
