Hello all; i will be in Beirut for two weeks as of September 12th. Please inbox me regarding appointments for Life coaching sessions, (anxiety management, depression management, goal setting and achieving...), mindfulness based meditation and planing for personal training goals. My schedule is quite busy as is, yet i still have a few slots available. Appointments will be given based on urgency of each case for coaching, and first come first served basis for the others.
