Hello all, welcome to a new year of Hillwalking. We have some really exciting events packed into this year; walks, trips, socials and more. You can find out more about what we do by coming along to our welcome meeting next Tuesday (30th) in LT 05 / 2015 at 7pm. If you cant make it check out our website walking.susu.org and if you have any questions email us ([email protected]). Or you can check out some videos of some of our events from last year. After the welcome meeting we will be heading to The Crown pub on our first social of the year. Our first walk of the year will be on 4th October where we will be going to the New Forest. We will be getting the 9:30 train from Southampton Central just come and find us at the station, look out for our blue hoodies. We usually get back to Southampton around 4pm. The first weekend away trip of the year will be to Snowdonia on 31st Oct - 2nd Nov. Signup for the trip will be online at 7am on Mon 6th Oct, this trip will be on a first come first served basis so make sure you put the signup in your calendar so you are sure not to miss it. Keep an eye on the Facebook group and signup to our mailing list to get more details about the weekend away trip, all of our weekly day walks and our socials.
