Has anyone seen the movie Chef? Way to make me hungry....! So since weve seen it my husband has been hassling me to make Cuban sandwiches. Has anyone had one? Apparently ingredients are ham, roast marinated pork, Swiss cheese, dill pickle all on toasted buttered Cuban bread (white, light, fluffy). He might be fighting a losing battle with the bread - will have to toast it in some sourdough instead! But now Im trying to source a good slow-cooked pork recipe - Cuban style (whatever that means?!) Got any ideas??
