Hello dear friends :) How would you translate my name into Thai? I always wrote, and got it translated by Thais also this way => เพทนา (which seems pretty accurate to me since you pronounce it Pe-tra) Now I got a translated document back, and the translator wrote เพตรา instead. I certainly would pronounce this spelling different, and I dont like the spelling at all (probably because my family and I write it since I can think of it the other way). What do you think?
