Hello dear friends, Kaunas National Culture Centre (Lithuania) is the organizer of XXXth International Folklore Festival Atataria lamzdžiai - 2015 (translation Echo Trumpets - 2015). “Atataria lamzdžiai” - is a traditional folk festival for amateurs not for professionals in Lithuania, which is held annually in May in Kaunas. Festival held in Kaunas annually since 1984, in 2005, the event has become an international folklore festival. This festival organized in 2015 May 21 - 24 days is anniversary XXX - th international Folklore Festival. This year festival dedicated for ethnographic region years. The theme of the programs: nature of native country and people as a part of nature It is the great honor for us to invite Your group to come to Lithuania to demonstrate your authentic folk music, folk dance,national dress, art traditions. We believe that You are interested in this festival and will be able to show your music programme at concerts in the Kaunas city halls, streets, squares, dance evenings, workshops, trainings etc. If you can not take part in our festival, you can recommend our invitation letter to Your friends of authentic folklore group.
