Hello dear friends and family. Im not sure if youre aware of what Nathan and I are up to currently, so to fill you in... We bought touring bikes, met three Kiwi friends in Amsterdam, caught the train up into the Swiss Alps and departed there yesterday to ascend a steep 10km to the source of the Rhine river. We have started our journey from source to sea, about 1280 kilometres which we hope to do within 4 weeks. Weve started off well with some major hiccups in bike repairs for those who hired bikes, but we are happy and working as a team. What an adveture! Internet is hard to access so we will keep you updated as we can. We would love your prayers for safety and happiness and good timing as I start my new job in London on 9 June!
