Hello everybody this has nothing to do with fitness per se however I just need to vent because it seems like customer service is so hard to find these days. We need to start demanding appropriate respectful customer service as consumers when were spending our hard earned money at these companies, organizations, retail stores, grocery stores, getting our nails done, getting my hair done, at the gym , etc....wherever we are spending our money we need to demand professional customer service. Where did it go? Where did customer service go!!! AND if we continue to take whatever they dish at us and we continue to spend our money there, theyre going to continue with the unruly, unprofessional and disrespectful attitude and I am so tired of paying for it, why should we pay for that type of attitude and unprofessionalism. Im just saying... I went to the grocery store and my cashier was totally unprofessional and I walked out of there saying to myself Im not going to say anything, I dont want to bother anybody but you know what, I paid my money, therefore Im going to bother somebody, so I picked up the phone and before I left the parking lot I called the store manager and I complained on my cashier and I am so happy they print out the cashiers name on our receipt. It is time out for this new millennium customer service foolishness that people are dishing out when we are dishing out our hard earned money . It only takes a few seconds to make a phone call to the manager to complain about their employees when they are not providing the services that we deserve. I wasnt rude, I wasnt disrespectful, I make sure to keep my cool, my composure and my class so that way theres no excuse for me not to be heard....Customer service please come back, or Im taking my money else where, simple as that. I would rather pay for inconvenience then to pay for poor customer service any day at this point. Let me know how you feel about this whole new millennium I dont care customer service attitude
