Hello everyone! As you may already know, Banned Books Week starts in just 2 days on Sept. 22! Please celebrate with the Kent chapter of ALA/ALSSO by supporting our fundraiser! From Thursday (9/26) through Sunday, (9/29), Popped will donate 10% of its in store sales to ALA/ALSSO if you simply mention our group! Popped is located in Acorn Alley at 175 E Erie St, Suite 201. You can shop Thursday through Saturday from 12pm-7pm and on Sunday from 12pm-5pm. If you prefer to shop online at shoppopped, Popped will donate 15% of its online purchases when you use the code ALSSO2013! Popped ships across the US and internationally! Our fundraiser will support community outreach efforts like Story Time as well as the networking and social activities ALA/ALSSO provides for MLIS students.
