Hello everyone! Est. time of mail delivery is 1400. Attention!!!!!!!! The Rose Barracks Postal Service Center is proud to announce that we are upgrading our severely outdated Postal Finance System to a system that is more online with the equipment used back in the United States. This should translate to a better postal experience for you the customer, when mailing items from our facility. The new system will be installed Wednesday 9 October 2013 and we will resume full postal service on 10 October 2013. During the installation, the Post Office lobby will be closed, but we will provide limited postal service from the bay doors on the opposite side of the building. Parcel pickup service will be provided from the first bay door closest to the ATM machines. MPS, mail being sent to other Army Post Offices to include downrange mail, will be accepted at the second bay door. We will not provide any special services on MPS mail i.e. insurance, certified or registered mail. If any of these services are necessary, you can wait until we resume full postal services on 10 October 2013 or visit the Tower Barrack PSC in Grafenwoehr.
