Hello everyone, It looks like our PI classmates prefer that we have our high school reunion in Laoag. Since we have not really seen each other for over 40 years, I think that it is best that the international side (classmates whose primary residence is outside PI) accommodate this request. Since we were planning to have a reunion in December 2015, I propose that we move it to February 2016, and coincide our reunion to the Laoag fiesta. What do you all think? Vacation requests for nurses like us have to be submitted a year in advance to assure we get the time off. This way, we can plan to request 2016 vacation in January 2015. As for the rest, if we all agree to have our reunion in February 2016, then they can also plan appropriately. To those who have contact with our other classmates who are not yet part of our Facebook group, please encourage them to join. I shall be sending a survey monkey link in September to get a feel of how we all feel about this proposal. Prixie, do u have contact with Carimele, Gigi and the rest? Fely, you have contact with our classmates residing in Hawaii? Who is based in LA who can contact classmates who may be residing there? How about classmates living in Manila? Does someone have contact with them? Malou, do you have contact with our Bay Area classmates? By the way, Elaine Pingue, née Pascual lives in San Martin. Will ask if she would be interested in joining us. Josie, I know you all keep in contact with our Laoagueno classmates. Please relay this message. It has been a loooong time, we never had really a high school reunion until 2013. I did not realize that a lot of our classmates are still based in Laoag. It is really so much fun and enjoyment seeing high school friends and classmates. We all should be nearing our 60s come 2016, if we are not already be there by then.
