Hello everyone! We have received some news from immunology on her blood work. We are still waiting on one of the tests to come back to complete the diagnosis. As of right now, from the tests they have received from the lab they are not concerned with Peytons immune system. The levels of T - cells that they were looking at were a little low but not to a concerning amount. She will not need prevention antibiotics! Yay! We do not know whether or not she will be able to receive her vaccines. That is what the last test will determine. We have also received news from cardiology that she is going to need a heart catheter done before she has surgery. So she will have the heart catheter done on September 23rd (original surgery date) then have her heart surgery on September 24th. Here are some things to pray about and to also praise him for: 1. Praise- Peytons immune system! Thankful that she wont need prevention medicine. 2. Praise- Peyton is continuing to grow and gain weight! Its sometime a challenge for heart babies to gain weight. 3. Praise- I get to go back to work! This will help us out financially because things are getting really tight with medical and just living expenses. 4. Prayer request- for the heart catheter and surgery on Sept 23rd and 24th. 5 . Prayer request- for the blood test results to come back to where she can receive vaccines.
