Hello everyone, incase you dont know me Im a local personal trainer with a small strength/conditioning facility, Ive been training a couple of the saffron walden forwards weekly for the last 3 week or so. This week we did prowler pushes which is a great tool for rugby conditioning, Im sure just watching the video you can see why and how this would benefit your game, but I attached a picture of the England team using the prowler as well just in case. Theres plenty of space for other players to get involved in these prowler sessions and other conditioning work is involved as well, if there Is any/enough interest on this video or by personal message to me Ill be happy to run a weekly session for players on a day that doesnt clash with your other pre season work, Im also told that the players are looking after their own fitness during the on season this year so this could work well as time progresses, taking some of the thinking work out of it and getting some specific work in between games. Hope this is of interest to some of you, dont hesitate to message me even if you just want to drop in for a (free) taster strength session at my gym.
