Hello everyone just to update re training from leisure centre prior to Xmas. Our last Tuesday session will be next week 16TH. and Thursday 18TH. so lets keep in touch over the holiday period, There are a number of races entered so lets have some feed back so that we know whos doing what so that you will know who from the club could also be taking part! New Years Eve Nos Galan would also be a good opportunity for a get together at the start :) for the last race of an eventful year for PBB RC. Early in the New Year is the 3rd fixture of the Leisure Centre League X country hosted by Islwyn RC, at Pontllanfraith so lets have a good club turnout there! Its my intention to do some off road running in preparation for this fixture over the holiday and New Year period so If anyone wants to join me you are more than welcome and I will post the days Im going in advance.! Im looking forward to our get together meal Thursday and the chance to have a good chat !! it will be a nice change from our training nights when we just have time to say, This is where we are going and this is what we will be doing (hills, efforts etc) and off we go !! :) On Thursday DONT FORGET TO BRING A SMILE WITH YOU its the only thing thats compulsory lol :) :) :)
