Hello everyone, thank you for all of your advice and kind words about Burt, this is what he looks like now after we managed to free him from his skin. The vet says he is going to be ok (which makes me just the most relieved person going!). He is showing signs of neglect and has a mild respiratory infection, he has had mouth rot in the past as he has very few teeth but is showing no signs of it at present.
