Hello family and friends! Have been away from Facebook recently. Had an emergency situation at work this past Tuesday that landed me in the emergency room at the hospital I work at. I was ultimately admitted due to lowered hemoglobin (red blood cells) and tropinin (heart enzyme). Underwent a cardiac stress test and an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, and then discharged home yesterday. I felt better this morning, but I still have follow-up appointments with a cardiologist and gastroenterologist. Heartfelt thanks to all the clinical staff who cared for me, and those co-workers of mine who sent me the beautiful flowers and words of love and caring that brought tears to my eyes. Truly, its times like these that you realize who your true friends are...and I am truly blessed for having them in my life 😍
