Hello family and friends! The event is drawing near and we have some information for you. *The potluck will be Saturday 19th at 4pm. We will be providing the following: -pulled pork sandwiches -hamburgers (and fixings) -hotdogs (and fixings) -corn on the cob -baked beans -lemonade -plates, napkins, plastic silverware *This is the only group meal we are planning. All other meals and beverages will be your responsibility. Please let us know if you need to borrow a camp stove and we will see what we can do. *There will be a port-a-potty and an outdoor shower available. *As we are in a neighborhood, quiet time will be observed after 10pm. *We will have a few outdoor games (ie: croquet and badminton) feel free to bring any others you would like to play. *Bring lawn chairs! (Also if you have a canopy wed appreciate it if youd bring that as well.) *Dogs are welcome as long as they are leashed and picked up after. *RSVP - Please let us know how many people, tent or RV, and what youll bring to the potluck (so we can fill in where needed.)
