Hello friends. I know I ask a lot of times to help dogs. Well, a friend of a friend is in really bad situation and has to give up his two basenji dogs. Their names are Marvin and Butters a very bonded pair. They are in Madison. I would like to help them out. Can anyone adopt or foster them? He isnt asking for money for them and I dont want them on craigslist but he wants them to have a good home. This must happen by mid September. They are neutered and up to date on all shots. We are both friendly 3-year old male Basenji-mix brothers who need a new home! We sit on command, we’re house broken, were both about the same size and weight (22 inches tall, 26 inches long, 38 pounds), in excellent health, both neutered, up to date on all shots and we’re heartworm negative. Of course there are these things called “squirrels” and “other dogs” and we can’t help it but to pull hard on our leash when we see one walking around! Other than that, we consider ourselves quite well behaved and pretty chilled for most part! Sadly, life happens and our family had to go their separate ways and they are both moving to different countries. We’re looking for a new lovely family that will pay lots of attention to us, take us on walks, dog parks and play with us! No re-homing fees! One detail is that we’ve been together all of our lives and we can’t imagine being apart from each other, so we’re looking for a family who will take us both in.
