Hello friends! Soooo... something really cool is gonna happen this weekend. The Recovery Film festival. Check it out at the Labia. On Sunday ,10 November, there is a great movie screening called Addiction, Recovery and Yoga. I have been causing, hopefully, some helpful mischief in this field and I have been blessed with the opportunity to do a Q and A at this film festival at the screening of this film. The film starts at 12:15. Would be really great if you could join us to show support, I would appreciate it tremendously. Recovery has blessed me with a great Life and yoga has kept that Life flowing inside me. I offer my work with gratitude to those that can benefit from this ancient practice. I dedicate my efforts especially to you , Willem. My friend that did not make it through the storm. You inspired me to take my love for yoga to people in recovery so that they can find long term sobriety and perhaps some peace within the body and mind.
