The position is really nice (rue crickx): 7min walk from Port de Hall (tram 3-4 and metro 2-6), 3min from Bethleem (tram 81-83), 7min from Parvis de Saint Gilles. The room that Im offering has a big window and a big bed (140x200). The price for the room is 435euro everything included! (water, electricity, gas, and Internet). My perfect flatmate is social, clean, lively and absolutely gay-friendly. The pictures are old! the landlord (a very nice couple) just brought the new forniture during these holidays!
