Hello, happy Monday. What a beautiful weekend we had. Coming up, the negotiated release of longtime prisoner of war Bo Bergdahl has started a fierce debate over how the deal happened, and whether the price of Bergdahl’s freedom was too high. We’ll discuss it today, and I’d love your opinions on this. Also, we will revisit the Mackinac Policy conference…much of the discussion focused on entrepeneurship, and what needs to happen to boost business startups in Michigan. We’ll look into that. Plus, we’ll hear a speech by New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu, and the followup Q&A that I did with him on the last day of the conference. He’s got a lot of thoughts on how Detroit should proceed out of bankruptcy, and why the rest of the nation should rally behind the city. Join me at nine!
