Hello, it si Thursday Morning, and I feel like Just doing it: - Your task for today is to work the mid and lower body. - Do 20 curl-ups or sit-ups, take 10 second break. - Do 25 curl-ups or sit-ups, take 15 second break. - Do 30 curl-ups or sit-ups, take 20 second break. - Do 35 Curl-ups or sit-ups, take 25 second break. - Do 40 curl-ups or sit-ups, takle 30 second break. - Do 45 curl-ups or sit-ups, take 35 second break. - Do as many curl-ups as you possible can in 2 minutes. Now we will run sprints. - Stretch the lower body again -Run 10; 100 yards sprints a sprint pace. Sprint from starting point to finish point. - Jog back from the finish point to the starting point until you have completed the 10 sprints. - Remember to stretch before, during and after exercising. Drink plenty of water.
