okay so to set the scenary, It was around 11p.m and I was at my dads girlfriends house for the night, they where in bed and I was in the lounge room by myself just realaxing, (just so you know.. I already knew that there was a spirit in the house because before she lived there my mates friends dad passed away in that house) anyway I was just sitting there and then I heard the sound of a plastic bottle hitting the ground, I went to the kitchen to investigate.. to be continued in comments!!
