Hello lovelies :) After a short trail run, I did this class, a quick full body flow. Lifted my sprirts, for sure! nd actually yes, it had a lot to do with the binge post. I usually do a giant cardio calorie melt after i have a .. not so healthy food day.. lol (damn that awesome NY pizza place down the street), but instead I did a light jog through the changing leaves, and a short impact. NAMASTE! I feel so much more at peace! xxx Play! Run! Smell the Forest breeze! Climb giant dinosaurs at the history Museum! Life is for LIVING!!! :D
