Hello, one and all! :) I am proud to announce that Im playing not once but TWICE in one night on Saturday the 20th December at King Tuts in Glasgow. The event is called Festive Funk... Need I say more? I will anyway... Doors are at 8.30pm and Ill be playing as part of the Edinburgh funk machine known as Filip Blast (unless you read the tickets, in which case were Flip Blast!), then rounding off the night with the headlining act, Glasgow groovers, Alabaster Jones. Glasgow-based R&B band, The Hook and Slingers are also playing on the bill but they werent looking for a sax player! ;) If youre interested in coming to see how my stamina holds out through two really energetic bands, please do get in touch. I have tickets to distribute so let me know how many youd like and Ill get them to you. They are £8 each (to see three really great bands, I honestly think itll be a fantastic night. Bring your dancing shoes.) Everyone is welcome, just make sure youre ready for a fun night.
