Hello out there! My time with Steam Powered Giraffe has now officially come to a close. Life manages to consistently prove itself to be a wide and endless field that somehow still contains twists and turns. This entire experience seems to exhibit perpetual change on the world outside, as well as on the world inside of ourselves. I gratefully accept these changes, and I wholeheartedly welcome the next step. Id like to thank the past and current members of Steam Powered Giraffe - David Bennett, Bunny Bennett, Samuel Luke, Matthew Smith, Steve Negrete, Erin Burke, and especially Jonathan Sprague - for creating and including me in the creation of the opportunity of a lifetime, a life building and sharing art while meeting wonderful people, a dream life I had sought since I was a child. Saying that, I would like to fully express my upmost sincere appreciation, love and gratitude towards you, the contributors, the sometimes-distant-yet-close-in-my-heart friends, for making this particular dream a reality. As I have told many of you in passing - without you, there would be no Steam Powered Giraffe. Our interaction on and off a stage will forever be entirely symbiotic. Every time you sang or clapped or waved or danced along, I was watching. My feelings were right there with you, and my heart was undoubtedly soaring. Our jointly magnificent display of symbiosis has been an incredibly clear and stunningly potent reoccurring memory, one that will stay with me until I die and even then it will live on through others. I need to ask my supporters to understand me when I say this: In my attempt to express thanks, I will be trying my absolute best to perpetuate the good vibes we have all shared during my tenure with Steam Powered Giraffe. I will share those vibes through upcoming projects, but more importantly, I will try my best to continue sharing those vibes through how I live my life. Thank all of you for making the effort with me, allowing us both to learn how to receive each others kindness. I really cannot thank you enough. I love you so very much.
