Hello we have been searching around for a catering company and we have tried a few different places but no one has gaven me a quote. We were wondering about how long in advance do we book you guys our wedding is in about 7 months and were trying to get everything situated now. were thinking about doing a buffet thing where we put 2 or 3 folding tables and line up the food and have the guest just line up and pick what they want. we are only really looking for the main dishes the mothers and grandma want to take care of the sides.were thinking full aluminum turkey pan thing of the different meats were thinking like 75-85 chicken breast. A few pans full of cut sliced tri-tip, a pan full of sliced brisket, and a full pan of pulled pork and maybe a full pan of roast beef sliced ready for sandwhiches maybe some tuekey legs or some ham also looking for many different options. we would provide everything else like the buns and everything we can get them from costco. can you do something like that idk what u offer we may need warmers or we can pick everything up so its still warm when we serve it. what would u charge for that amount of food in buffet style there needs to be enough for people to get whatever they want there will be around 120-180 guest we would be serving we can provide u with all the aluminum pans and everything that way we can just pick it up befor the wedding. We are planning on doung the sides so it would be cheaper we were thinking Thanksgiving style sides mashed potatos gravy, greenbeans cooked with ham and bacon , potato and macroni salid, baked brown surger and bacon beans, chili, mixed fruit, and fresh salid amd bread rools.
