Hello you! Tis Mary here. Yesterday I was supposed to be baking, trialling our new shipment of banana flour but instead I was down and out on the couch with a seedy, nasty virus, blue bucket by my side watching Hayao Miyazaki (studio Ghibli collection) animations in-between moaning and writing out my will. Today I feel peachy! Im still experimenting with the banana flour and hope to make muffins tonight. I was going to do a sponge - if you can make a sponge you can make anything right? But recipe called for S.R.F. So Im currently making my own self raising banana flour and experimenting with ratios. Then itll be a short crust pastry trial and after that..... WORLD DOMINATION mwahahaha. Watch this space for results but so far, its all looking good.
