Hello you gorgeous haired people. Just a reminder that if you need to cancel or change an appointment you will need to give us 48 Hours notice as per our cancellation policy as we are a busy little salon and quite often have a waiting list. We arent going to tell you off, yell at you or beat you with a straightening iron, we promise, haha. Its just courtesy to your stylist and other people waiting for an appointment. If you do not contact us to confirm your appointment (especially for late nights and weekends) and we cant get hold of you (we try really hard to get hold of you) we will cancel your appointment and give it to someone on the waiting list. This is just out of fairness to our other clients who are waiting as most times in these cases the person doesnt turn up. Thanks for understanding :)
