Help!!!! Bayside elementary in IB!! 6th grader... Hello, my name is jael vizcarra, My number is 619-708-5098 I am trying to locate a girl that had a pitbull that was not on leach and viciously attacked my small dog name Lucas and my mom in law got hurt in the process as well. she might be mixed, African American with Asian.... She goes to Bayside elementary school in imperial beach and she is in 6th grade. The attacked happened in the back of the school on the little park. She got her pitbull and were laughing at how he left my dog. The girl left the park with a kid that seemed her same age group with a grey pitbull. The kids left the park without giving any info, people that were at the park asked her for her parents number or something to contact then and she didnt want to give us info. We need to find them to make them responsible for their dog actions. My dog has broken ribs, broken leg and broken knee. He barely made it alive , he is trying to recover and in need of surgeries. My mom in law has a broken toe due to the pitbull stepping on her. This happened on august 13th at around 6pm. Mom in law got bit but we are not sure from which dog, my dog has all vaccinations but we dont know about the pitbull. Cowards! . People around them started telling the kids to go get their dog and they finally went after laughing and making fun of how her dog attacked my little one, the girl had to drag the dog out of the park, with help of her friend since the pitbull was not done fighting. They left in a hurry and didnt even asked if my dog was okay or my mom in law. My mom in law is a senior citizen of imperial beach and was not able to run after them since her foot got injured by the pitbull. This dog is not safe to be unleashed and owners need to be made responsible for all damages. I was told by the people that were at the park and witnessed it, that these owners and their dog, go to that park pretty often and it seems as if the live close by and the pitbull is most of the time, unleashed. A couple used to walk around the 9th, 10th, Emory street in IB before the attack with the brown pitbull and after the attack, neighbors of my mom in law told her they havent seen them anymore.... I need to locate these so call owners, that are being cowards and afraid to come out! My dog will have a limp for life after his surgeries, I will not rest until I find these owners... This will be shown soon in Univision news and the girls description as well. Could you please help me and spread the word?
