Help a Mom Out: She asks: Does anyone have a child with disruptive bahavior disorder nos? My 3.5 year old was just diagnosed a month ago. She is also showing some signs of OCD but they are holding off on that diagnosis right now. We had our first therapy appointment last weekend. As soon as we can get her comfortable going and to stop screaming and actually open her eyes while with the therapist we will start child parent relationship therapy. Has anyone been through this therapy? What was it like for you? Did it work? I have no one I know who has a child like mine or who has been through this type of therapy. I am just looking for stories and somewhere to connect and someone to talk to who understands.
