Help a Mom Out: She writes: Hi I an not really sure where to start but we have been having some issues with our now 4 year old son Max for over a year now, his nursery picked up in some unusual behaviour when he was 2.5 he used to have a speech delay that is now above average thanks to speech therapy but he still gets frustrated & will scream in a really high pitch scream when he is cross & has recently started to bite himself & scratch himself! He doesnt really pay attention or engage with his peers & socially he struggles in group session activities he plays along side children & likes his own space he is under a pedetricain that has said he ticks all the boxes for ADHD but his nursery make us feel like it could be autism or odd I just want a answer???
