Helpful Steps To Succeed. » Step 1 MIND - Fix your mind, know what you want and by when the outcome is. If your goal has no date to achieve it, by it is just a dream! Break the goal into smaller milestones, so when you hit one you get the sense of achievement keeping motivation on a high! » Step 2 PLAN - Devise a plan that will give you structure to achieving your goal. » Step 3 ACTION - Make it happen and follow through with your plan. » Step 4 TRACK - Review what is working, if you are enjoying it, results, etc. If you are not, how do you know if it is the right thing? » Step 5 REWARD - Every time you hit a milestone or a goal choose a productive form of reward. By productive, I mean reward yourself with clothes, night away with partner, etc. REMEMBER - You are not a dog, so rewarding your self with crap food is not a good reward especially if the goal is fat loss.
