Herbal Doggy Spray This spray will repel insects and make your dog smell great! Fill an 8 once spray bottle with distilled or boiled (cooled) water Add essential oils: 10 drops eucalyptus essential oil, 30 drops of citrus (lemon, orange or grapefruit) essential oil Shake well, and spritz your dog’s fur (don’t soak) Do Not use on Cats Relaxing Feline Spray This sweetly scented spray repels fleas and ticks as it adds luster to your cat’s coat. 1 cup boiling water 1 tablespoon each dried rosemary, lavender, lemon grass Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add dried herbs, remove pan from heat, cover and steep for 30 minutes. Strain herbs and cool. To use: Lightly mist cat or spray your hands and massage into your cat’s fur. Herbal Toothpaste - Baking Soda & Cinnamon In a glass combine 3 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 tsp of spearmint leaf powder (or cinnamon powder) Mix the soda and cinnamon Dampen a tooth brush with a little warm water. Dip the brush in the cinnamon/baking soda powder mix (just a little is required - do not load the brush with soda).Gently brush your dog’s or cats teeth - baking soda is an abrasive so do not apply pressure when brushing.
