Herbalists: Any thoughts on treating family and close friends? I am curious how to respond when they have symptoms you know you could help. It can be tricky. Sometimes a friend will ask for advice, but in my heart I know they need a full session to be fully helped by me. But then, seeing a friend as a client changes the friend dynamic. And maybe they just want a quick suggestion, but that doesnt always serve them best. Probably referring them to another herbalist is best, but its hard when I know them well, and could help! Any thoughts? It think it comes down to just wanting to help people around you, even if they dont know they need or want it.
