Here are 8 things about me which you might not know. Thanks to Astin Kloeckner for tagging me :) 1. I changed my name to Yichelle at 16 at my mothers insistence. She thought my old name was making me chronically ill. I am still chronically ill, so guess her hypothesis was proven wrong. 2. The smell of dairy products make me gag, with the exception if it is in coffee. 3. I love antiques and anything with a rich history. I am a particular fan of the prohibition era and often think I lived during the 1920s in Shanghai. 4. I love plating food and making lots of degustation dinners but hate cooking and touching raw food. 5. I am an introvert despite being able to give lectures in front of hundreds of students. I prefer to spend time working and analysing my brain than socialising any day. 6. I have almost 20 pairs of the same shoe but in different colours. Variety isnt my friend. 7. I always start eating with my least favourite food and end with my most favourite. 8. Management accounting theories govern my life. I can translate MA concepts into just about anything.
